“The nøn-secular archive is an experimental educative platform focused on narrating stories that aim to set a pattern in human behavior and awareness through various artistic mediums and disciplines.”

“Art and Design can no longer be mere entertainement”

“The art of sharing knowledge through storytelling and design is a priority that comes above building a brand name or reputation. Respect for the Truth and its higher values is the core of every project at heart.”

“The name 'nøn-secular archive' comes from the aspiration of sharing knowledge and concepts from some of the most ancient texts and beliefs that have persisted through the ages. This is achieved by rewriting them in a contemporary light, helping this knowledge hold a mark in an era where information gets lost in the vastness of the internet. ”

“The gap between Eastern and Western cultures has exponentially grown since the era of modern digitalization, and where distance has seemed to become just a number, the East is taking on the West and vice versa, losing its roots and values in an ever-growing identity crisis. The vastness and pioneering nature of some of the most ancient texts and rituals have persisted through time, but it seems like this new era is damaging their long-lasting run, having it fade away into the abyss of over-information.”

"The Nøn-Secular archive does not aim to be disruptive but rather a subjective view of disgust on the current state of the occident’s standard for a modern-day society, industry, and definition of creativity."

Gone are the days when artists and designers united under a shared cause and worked across different mediums. Personal ego and the chase for fame are now more prevalent than ever, and the idea of creating a common belief seems to have vanished. This absence of collective dissent has led to a decline in the quality of creative output within the industry, as well as in the standards and expectations of our society.

The essential transformation required is not of an external or physical nature, but rather an internal one. Everything begins within oneself - an idea, a thought, or a feeling that may be sparked by external factors but ultimately originates from within. Seeking contentment from external sources such as money, fame, power, or material gain will not bring lasting satisfaction. The chase never ends. True peace can only be found when we discover who we truly are.

The Nøn-Secular archive aims at being more than just a collection of stories and artistic expressions- it is a call for change in the act of design and creation. We desire to educate and infuse meaning into every aspect of creation and its various processes, reminding artists of their responsibility to society.

The act of creating has lost itself in the design of the absurd - fueled by the chase for fleeting moments of fame, where artists have resorted to empty decisions that prioritize quantity, trend, and redundancy over quality, authenticity, and substance. Design and Fashion can no longer remain mere entertainment.

We find ourselves lost. The overstimulation of our minds and senses has left us yearning for something that we cannot find in the superficial content that bombards us. We have lost touch with our human side and true inner selves, and this is reflected in the modern-day industry.

May our desire for change serve as a torch that guides us through the dark cave we have built for ourselves. Let us reject the shallow and the meaningless, and rediscover the beauty and value of that which reflects our humanity.

Let us find an end to the overstimulation of our minds and senses, finally understanding that everything is guided by one unique power - one that creates, teaches, guides, and listens. One that is omnipresent around us. May we rediscover this innate language within us that is dormant but present, and may we let go of all conditionings that keep us from fully exposing ourselves to that force of creation.

Lastly, may this be a new beginning - a call to action for all artists and designers who believe in the power of their creations and their ability to transcend the mundane. May we collectively become a reflection of our shared humanity and our deepest aspirations.
